Ausdauer, in a couple of years 2 mega-pixels and 80 MB memory cards will be the norm. And if it costs me nothing to take 40 pictures, I'll probably take 40 pictures in an afternoon.

So ... as the kids run around the sprinklers on the lawn, I snap away endlessly with my new camera. Except that with the SNDK card, a light goes on and the shutter won't work for 10-15 seconds. The next day the camera is back at the dealers with me shouting at the salesman about how he sold me this "piece of c**p". A few months later, the manufacturer's instruction manual has a sticker on it saying "For Best Results, Use Only CF Memory From Lexar Media".

I have nothing more to offer concerning the Lexar litigation. You know all that I know at this point.

I agree with Josh just about 100%. IMHO, playing the volatility or waiting for the big jump (if SNDK prevails over Lexar) is about it. This isn't investing; it's gambling.
