I am still holding lots of shares and I am feeling ripped off!

I read somewhere they had a ceiling of 50 million shares that could be issued. It seems they ended up with 70 million shares pre-split. Where did these other shares come from and was it illegal that they were issued given the ceiling?

Can we sue these guys for this behavior?

TIA, Pat

RE: Certs.
This is from the Terms and Conditions of NDB when you sign a brokerage agreement. I'm sure other broker's agreements have similar worded statements.

"11. Customer's responsibility regarding certain securities

Certain securities may grant the securities holder valuable rights which may expire unless the holder takes action. These securities include (but are not limited to): warrants; stock rights; convertible
securities; bonds; and securities subject to a tender or exchange offer.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for knowing the rights and terms of all securities in my account. NDB is not obligated to notifiy me of any upcoming expiration or redemption dates, or to take any action on my behalf without specific instructions from me except as required by law and rules of regulatory authorities."

The first sentence says it all. So........I'm calling in my certs.

I am past the crying stage and have started a laughing jag that won't stop....first time I laughed at loosing money. At this point there are 2 options, sell and cry, hold and laugh. Maybe prayer should enter into this fray or folly. Sorry for the such trivial meandering but we all need a break.
