No, silly. They just tell you what to expect to happen.

Now sometimes, they make me feel like a fool, as with NPEC recently.

But still, thanks to those magic charts I had bought NPEC at .04 and sold at an average of about .06. Not bad for a fool. Still watching NPEC though.

I thought shorts wanted the price down in order to cover. Don't shorts short from a higher price?

P.S. KBFP is another example. Once I saw it had reversed, the charts told me to sell at about 60 cents. Not bad. Glad I listened to the charts on that one.
