Steven, thank you very much for your encouraging report. It was good to get a second view point. From my knowledge of Culver City, I had thought that it should be a good location. I am glad to hear the equipment is in. Also glad to hear that you had a good impression of Mr. Logan, as I did over the phone. Hey Steve, I made one little statement about their offices not being that nice, which may not be a bad thing (low rent payments). Everything else was good. Just a little disenchanted with the OTC. DW
