Such equipment exists already and is available for sale. It is state of the art pulverizing. Input size is 1" material, output can be as small as 2 microns. eg the type of magnetic powder used on the back of your credit card. Would this be small enough? I would need more details of your applications to determine if your material will fit the criteria. Almost all material can be passed through the pulverizer. Also,once a complex ore type of waste, other minerals etc has passed through the pulverizer, the material can be passed through a unit similar to an air conveyor where the material separates into different fractions based on specific gravity. eg. waste being lighter separates out first, gold or other heavies will fall out at the end. The best thing about this combo process that it is dry and no dust! Lots of pluses. Look forward to your next message.
