Here in Malaysia the national car manufacturer just recently had all of its suppliers converted to an IPS that involved quite a bit of expense on the part of the suppliers but likely will pay for itself in relatively short order. The system will replace a system of forecasting that required vendors to physically visit mfg sites on a weekly basis, and still end up with old data. Best, Stitch
