I believe Datek requires some stocks to close over a bid of 5, and then be trading above a 5 bid to be marginable. CFON I added a trading short of 5 1/16 today, and it closed less than 5. So I'm not certain how Datek decides which is marginable, and which is not. I expect CCSI to be marginable tomorrow though.

The difference so far in this incredible rally and some other "bubbles" we have seen burst is the fact that even though the valuations are getting way out of hand here, the garbage stocks (like KTEL, CYSP, LOCK, IDID) aren't skyrocketing...the ones skyrocketing now are good companies with good products....nobody seems to know how to value them, but they are worth a great deal more than nothing, which is nearly what some of the stocks were that have skyrocketed in the past during such "bubble" periods...

If/when the garbage starts flying, then it's time to head for the exits on the good stuff as well, IMO...

Mark.

Roger

Datek told me no also on CCSI. Why so if it's over 5?
