Sudhir, I just read your synopsis of the Bomax deal, it was a good write-up. The one thing that did catch my eye is your indicated number of issued shares, you indicate 11 million and the VSE web site is indicating 6.9 million. I was wondering if you could explain where the discrepancy might come from?

Sudhir, I just realized that you were probably figuring the issued shares out, based on post PP and debt settlement. Don't worry about a response if this is accurate. If there is another explanation, I would obviously be interested.
