Danny, strange you should mention that, I just covered my short part of the spread at the close (I got 11.125) for more than 10% profit, now I am looking for semi itself to creep back up to 2-5/16 or a little higher to close this side, or if REPT once more goes to 12.5 (before SEMI goes up) to short it again. Until the close of the deal in October, I might be able to make three such "riskless" trips. Riskless when hedged of course, right now, I have the risk that SEMI goes down 10% (VBG). Zeev
