OK Jean, I called up NEC about the TouchPass nec.com and was told that the finger scanner in the picture is the BioMouse from American Biometric (Brad, you were tight about that). I was also told that NEC frequently will interchange scanners from various companies. He said things are moving fast in the biometric world and, of course, prices are always coming down. He also said IDX and NEC have a good relationship. But, this particular individual did not know anything about the F3; he had never heard of it! Rick

Jean, I wish you could make the high level secret Commission meeting this weekend. Everything looks better and better....as the meeting moves on. By the wee hours...we are toasting just about everybody's fine work. Anyone who takes a look at WBN........must be wondering if it is a proper place for IDX. I think Westy is a neat guy and funny as heck......but I'm not sure WBN is a positive. I think the money could be spent on a big shareholder party or something like that.......or drop the money to the bottom line. I get irked when dump Fowler talk pops up. People should get the FINX guy.....$1.35 to 7 cents in a year....or the old DBII guy......$14 to $2.00 in a few years. They should get all the guys from all of the biometric companies that IDX has outgrown by 800%........ A COO is a good idea.....but Fowler built IDX......It is his company. I build things, Jean. Maybe I see things differently. I believe folks should be judged on what they have done....what they have built. I think you will find that Fowler has full support of the large shareholders. When that changes......Randy is on the street. And if he signed up with NRID the next day........then I'm loading up! bg
