Hi Ken,

I looked for it also and couldn't find it.....it's probably right in front of me but I can't see the forest for the trees.

Ken and Ed: Sorry, I've been absent from my post.

The info you're looking for is in the help file. Go to: 4. Scans, then 4.9 Dictionary of scan functions; then Print/Println:

Formatting strings and numbers

You can also format individual items in your Print and Println statements, by specifying the length of an items and whether it should be right or left justified. For numerical values, you can specify the number of decimal places to print. See the example below.
Example 4:

Exchange AMEX;

If Close(0) > 50.0 then

Println Symbol: -10, Close(0):8:3, Description:44;

endif;

The first value printed is the symbol of the stock selected. This symbol will be left justified (as signified by the minus sign on the 10) using a minimum of 10 columns.
The next value to be printed is the latest close for the selected stock. This value will be right justified using a minimum of 8 columns. The ":3" signifies the number of digits to the right of the decimal point to print. If the close for a stock is 52.5, the value printed will be " 52.500" .
The last string to be printed is the description of the current selected stock. This value will be right justified using a minimum of 44 columns.
