i do remember your private messages and you did support dgiv, and yes, your predictions did come to fruition, while it did not crash and burn, it did come down which was only natural. dgiv is not going to nasdaq in 1-2 weeks, even if they did a merger style acq, they would still remain in a holding period until the company who is getting bought can have its shareholders approve the sale for starters, then naz would have to approve the merger which could take up to 60 days, although it is an informal process, it will still take time. dgiv will not be able to go to naz buy buying a company solely by purchase, they have to become fully reporting as well, so the sb10 is still important because it will still fulfill naz requirements acq or not. what it will do is allow for dgiv to start trading at much higher prices that it would have like it is on naz like any other pending merger company would. the actual listing will still take time like outlined above. the talks of a reverse merger are not accurate, it is not technically a reverse merger, because the company name that is desired to be kept is dgiv, for the that to happen, the company getting purchased would have to change its name to dgiv, but thats not possible because the listing is attatched to the company getting bought. so what has to happen is for the company with the listing to buy dgiv and then change its name to dgiv. how does this work? purchase 51% control of the listed company, then buy your OTHER COMPANY which is in this case dgiv, so in essence you are buying yourself. you cannot use dgiv money to do this, it has to be personal money. then you own both companies, you merge them (not reverse merger), then you opt for a name change. jimmy chin is a very intelligent individual and im sure has this all figured out. he is receiving top notch guidance on this as well. rest assured on one issue, in all that he does he has shareholders best interests in mind, and in all his thought processes is making sure that any avenue dgiv takes it will reward the shareholders that are with him now. he is aware of the need to escape bb world and is prepared to take the company to the next level. this is what you have to bank on, date setting becomes less important unless you are trying to time it, then you will get in trouble by possibly getting in much higher. but the reward will still be there, just not as high had you gotten in earlier which only stands to reason. macker
