Listening to the call, I can't help but think that:

a: Things were worse than even Makie could have painted them, back when Ira was sinking the ship.

b: These guys are doing what needs to be done to fix this.

I am probably a sucker, but I will give them six months to show me what they can do.

The share count will be a factor.

"corruption of data" to me implies that the data base where the
data was stored was corrupt. The statement that he "layed off staff"
implies that the data base administrator was lax in doing timely
backups and other data base administator's dutys. It does not
imply to me that the .1085 was wrong. However the fact that some
bean counters were also layed off, that does concern me in relationship to the .1085.

Sounds like the corruption/lying runs deep as Ira didn't start until 1997 (Right?). Therefore if 1996 is screwed up then it was before even his time? ;>)
