Investing in dgiv is an investment in its FUNDAMENTALS, ITS BRIGHT FUTURE and the VISION OF ITS MANAGEMENT. Just look at the deals DGIV has garnered in a hot sector and of course, more deals will be announced in the future (and no, you don't have to possess inside information to KNOW that piece of truth. You just have to be a THINKING investor who has done your DD, UNLIKE THE MINDLESS NAYSAYERS'DRONE SPOUTING THEIR BOSSES' PREPARED LINES) DGIV at these prices is CHEAP. Think of the DD folks from UBS and GERMANY have done before they partnered with DGIV. Naysayers will tell you most BB stocks fail. Of course, most BB stocks do not get the sort of contracts/deals DGIV has been and will continue to sign. THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE!!! ( WHY DO YOU THINK THE NAYSAYERS ARE PUTTING ON SUCH A CONCENTRATED EFFORT TO BASH DGIV IF IT WERE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BB STOCK? "HIRED " GUNS COME AT "HIGH" PRICES AND ONLY ARE EMPLOYED FOR "WORTHY OPPONENT". SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY MUST CONSIDER DGIV WORTHY OF THE PRICE OF HIRING THE HIRED GUNS) THEY ARE DESPERATE, AND DESPERATE PEOPLE BEHAVE DESPERATELY! FOCUS ON DGIV FUNDAMENTALS, FOLKS, AND WE WILL ALL WIN!!!!

SI investors who have met Jimmy Chin and other senior members of DGIV management have uniformly reported on this thread how impressed they are with the management. IN FACT, MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, THE MANAGEMENT AND ITS ABILITY TO EXCECUTE ITS VISION SHOULD BE THE NUMBER ONE CONSIDERATION WHEN INVESTING, PARTICULARLY IN YOUNG COMPANIES. BETTING ON THE RIGHT JOCKEY RIDING THE RIGHT HORSE CAN GIVE YOU THE TRIPLE CROWN ! In fact, for many, THE DECISION TO INVEST IN DGIV LONG TERM RESULTS FROM THEIR MEETING WITH DGIV MANAGEMENT. naysayers, meantime, cannot "debate "this fact. Of course, have they even taken the time to REALLY call the company to answer their questions? NOT! they rely on half truths, twisted facts, personal attacks due to some imagined slights, outright lies ( not being satisfied with an official "apology" from the company and therefore deciding to air the petty vendettas in public, conveniently ignoring repeat requests for that Germany phone number and announcing the presence of the BIG block trade that was non-existent, promising on june 25 to return on june 30 but decided what is a promise anyway, why don't I just pop up again on june 26, etc....). oh yeah, people of REAL CHARACTER and INTEGRITY/ NOT!!! No wonder their "profile" pages are EMPTY. Of course, there are also naysayers who initially had empty profile pages who then belatedly went back to add more lies to their profiles........ IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THE MESSENGERS, HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEIR MESSAGES?
