Spoke to Dr. Ravnoy again.

Seems to be level-headed guy, not someone who screws around
other people's money. basically here's how it went:
1. do you think that the 150 km is a really big advantage for
your switch w/c basically is used on enterprise level?
Ans: for enterprise, probably not. but there are some
carriers who can use that distance advantage for their switches.
how big is the market? no one knows. plus, the ad is
a door opener to selling switches, may be not for that
150 km reason, but gets attention. (i agree)
2. the edge guardian product. is it out yet?
Ans: yes, we began shipping some already.
3. what u plan to do with the proceeds?
Ans: (joke) we plan to put in the swiss account. i know, i
know a lot of gossips in the internet. some even say we got
the money from the mob. but really, we might make some announcements, but if we do , our competitors will know what we
are doing. so it's a hard thing to do.
4. why do the deal now. i mean if earnings is going to be
a blowout, you can expect a better deal in three weeks time.
Ans: well, the bottom line is no one knows how the market will
do in five weeks (at the time of the offering, the earnings
report would have been five weeks away, and at that time, the
market looked like it was going to tank). So we may have done
better, but we may not.

5. Infrastracture, a highly respected publication, says bad things
about mrv .... blah,blah.
Answer: the best way to deal with this is not to mud wrestle
with these publications. they are free to say what they want.
the best way is to make the company successful.
