I agree with your optimism but remember that the Berwynn acquisition will cause an additional amount of shares to be issued...how many who knows..but it should be around IMO 3,000,000 to 6,000,000. By that account if we use the projected revenues to project earnings of about $2,400,000 for the remaining 6 months we should see an earnings boost to the of about $.12 to $.16 a share. This will be offset by the 30% to 50% increase in the amount of shares and thus reduction of earnings per share because of dilution of shares. If we do acquire this company for 6million shares that gives an asset that provides $.55 per share that was used to acquire it for the year. And if the combination of the two can provide improved efficiency the earnings could go even higher. This acquisition looks very good. This company would have earned almost the same as CLCK in the first half and if we can acquire it for just 50% more shares that means we double the size of our company and our stake was only diluted by a third. Meaning if you owned 3% of a company that had 1 million in earnings for the 1st half..now you own 2% of a company with 2 million in earnings. Your share of the first earnings would be $30,000 while in the second it would be $40,000. Our pie would grow by 1/3. We would have a unrealized gain of 33% of our assets if the amount of shares is less than 6,000,000. And if the deal is not set yet and the stock price runs higher then we will get the other company at a much better deal and thus our investment will be augmented more. If we doubled in price then the shares used to purchase the company would be cut in half and therefore the dilution would be smaller. Sorry if this got confusing.
