Bye Kevin!
Its been real!
Off topic-- I was impressed with the earnestness of both men. I also liked the fire I heard in Mike's voice when he talked about NY, the audit and centralizing everything in California. Probably a lot of cronies of Ira were still there, now Mike and Randy are putting in a team with accountability not sticky fingers.
I feel better today about the future and I'm not looking back.
Very Long on FAMH
Carole

After listening to the conference call replay, I get the impression that management is preparing us(shareholders) for another slip in the release of '97 and first quarter '98 audited financial releases. With the admission that the '96 financials have not been started certainly indicates to me that we are about to be disappointed again.
Does anyone else have an opinion about this ????

Kevin....They didn't commit fraud by nixxing Morton Downey. They severed the relationship and terminated the deal. What's fraudulent about that? I'll grant you that they made bold predictions concerning the revenue stream with good ole Mort, but, that was when the show was a reality. Now if the show was just hype all along and never was a reality, then you have a case. Will we ever know the answer to this? Probably not. Hopefully Arif has learned that lying to shareholders is a bozo no-no and will clean up his act. Apparently, the firing of Ira and hiring of Randy and Michael was a great move. These two seem competent and honest. Do we know if they really are yet? Absolutely not. But, I've liked what I've heard so far. Ira was a blatant liar and Arif let him do it. Why? Greed, naivete, stupidity?
Well. Ira is gone and we're very happy for that. At least Arif did the right thing here. Only time will tell here. I'm only 39, so I have plenty of that.
