The company will issue options to purchase shares in the capital stock of the company to Mr Davies, and reimburse Mr Davies' reasonable disbursements and expenses for consulting services provided by Mr Davies. The directors have also approved a six-month consulting agreement between the company and Michael Senn dated October 15 1997, wherein the company will issue options to purchase 250,000 shares to Mr Senn for consulting services provided by Mr Senn.
