The 4 million shares for 10 million dollars makes sense now.
Obviously, they will be converted post-split and add another 4 million shares to float. AS RA puts it, "details to be released later"
The 1-1.5 million shares mean little. There's a lot of shares yet to be printed. Need funds for skynet
RA knew exactly where the price would be at the split.

Chris--I honestly don't know how the value of the Class B is determined. What I do know is their voting rights power, which was always 1 1/3 that of each class A, is now worth 70 times as much. Which means RA has complete control.

But I don't know what their value is and if they are tradeable or restricted.
