Vic,

I'm from the kneejerk school of investing. The acquired goes up, the acquiror goes down. True unless:

* Lot's of synergy it is a win/win
* Acquired company sold way too cheap.

Unless there is some reason to think that this acquisition does a lot for THQI in the third quarter, the reaction to such a move IMO will be negative.

It doesn't matter, THQI is going up no matter what. Hope it spikes up $10 on Monday.

What are you up to these days Vic? What looks good to you?

Vic, I hope you are right on a positive response from an acquisition. I read the 10K that Andrew provided on micropose. They look so bad on paper, w/o any franchise titles, that I think an initial reaction would have to be negative, down to a previous support level, speculatively 28+. That would be a lot larger bite to chew for thqi, and I think someone else raised the issue of just who is left there. On the other hand, those of us who are longterm, throught these last few months and before certainly made our decision that Brian F. has the reins and we are along for the ride. I am not the seer, but I certainly continue to get the feeling that this growing little company is gathering a lot of momentum for the long term, as well as how attractive we are right now. Best, stx.
