Mr. Pickens I am curious why you have blessed us with your anti-news release opinion? Mr. Fishers accounts both stock and funds are tied up, a large broker is a part of SEC Rule 144 violation in Dallas, Lawsuits are being filed, the company has established a Liquidating Trust for the shareholders. Now maybe I am being totally wrong but is that not what the SEC does. IS that not what a responsible company would be doing when they like the rest of us got duped? I see no merit to your opinion or biasis to your opinion nor do I see you addressing the situation with facts only to trust you when you in fact are the professional slammer for VTPI and associated with CSMA which again questions your credibility. Just curious what you hope to accomplish. Anyone selling right now will turn a paper loss into a real loss. Why is it you state certain oxymoron statements you cannot prove? What is your motive? GB

Now correct me I am wrong here. Dan tips his hand, Midland (Mark) moves quickly to get proof so is not slander, immediately places stop transfers on all illegal shares, Midland hires outside counsel for Bahamas & US, filing lawsuits, establishes Liquidating trust for the shareholders, etc etc etc. Why would you thinkthe SEC would shut it down ... The SEC encourages companies to clean up their own messes. Each of these stocks is different and none that I know have standard comparisons because of that. Just curious to your basis for your opinion. Not a slam just trying understand your point. GB
