Aother plus of Portico's web interface vs. Outlook, is that it can be accessed from any machine with a fairly up to date Communicator or Explorer. No need to have that third party packaged software installed on the machine:^). No need to use only your machine. It's the "portable thin client" story, access almost anywhere, it's the future. When they add a new feature to Portico, it will just show up next time you login. No platform specific binary to download/buy and install. No maintenance work/headaches.
