What is the relationship between the private placement and the article about Kingston Voiceware?

I see nothing to indicate Comverse interest here. So far as I know, Comverse's call center activities have been limited to taking monitoring and recording technologies developed for the Israeli military and applying them to the commercial call center market.

While the call center marketplace is quite interested in network routing capabilities engendered by the capabilities of organizations such as Comverse's DGM&S group,I have not seen any significant effort from Comverse to coalesce their forces to provide network routing services (in addition to agent monitoring) to the customer contact/call center market as Geotel, Genesys, IEX, and now Aspect say that they are.

What am I missing?
