Claud: Wouldn't waste more time on feeding it to you, but you'll find your posts on the subject around Sept of 97 in this thread and the Harvard Scientific thread. You FALSELY REPRESENTED THE FACTS ABOUT THIS STOCK in both threads. Rather than chasing after me, do your own homework on your unethical posts, and post your apologies. Make them good.

As for my "pal" Wexler, it's hard for someone with your superficial attitudes to grasp the fact that several people came to similar conclusions about this stock because there is reality behind our conclusions, not because there's collusion, conspiracy, or friendship behind the thinking. Dauntless was imagining I got my ideas from Tunica and then someone else. You think from Bill Wexler. I guess you don't come up with your own ideas so you both think I don't, and that I need to get my ideas from people I don't even know.

If Bill Wexler thinks this stock is going to be in low single digits, I'm pleased that he has also come to the OBVIOUS conclusion about the value of this stock.

I don't think ZONA worth more than book value. So I think it's worth about $5. What is book value these days? If it's less than $5 then I think this stock will be at less than $5.

You and any clients of yours foolish enough to have taken your advice, have seen the value of your investment erode this year, from over 45 to over 21.

You are so foolish to try to attack me for having guessed we'd reach 15 this week or next. I have lost nothing by that guess. The stock is maybe a point from the same price it was when I made the guess. It cost me nothing to make the guess and it cost me nothing to have been early in my guess.

It's not I who am losing money in ZONA. It's you and the poor people who may have taken your advice. If they continue to take your advice (you've repeatedly misrepresented this stock), I expect they'll lose even more money. Sure, the stock may pop up before it goes back down, but if there is FDA approval at all, I think that the sales will be poor, so this stock will continue to erode in value, in my estimation.

And I am not the one who is giving people advice! You are a stockbroker. You're personally heavily invested in ZONA and you've gotten others to invest in it. You've posted false information about this stock and you may have gotten people to invest based on your false information. You should be worrying about how you can make amends to your clients rather than running around trying to start fights with me. It's not MY fault you picked a crummy stock that's been justifiably going down.

It's amazing to me that you think that my posting a GUESS that the stock would go under 15 this week or next, is something that would hurt ME. Who cares about something like that? You're all mixed up. What meaningless drivel.

By the way, if you continue sending me email, it's going in with the report to Susan.

I challenged you this evening to show two other examples of when I'd guessed incorrectly about the stock price, since you have (falsely) claimed I was making a habit of that.

Your answer provided no examples and was wholly UNTRUTHFUL. If you think I said that the stock was going to 15 and instead it went to 40, prove it. At that time I made no gueses whatever about the stock price on this board. Post here the posts in which I said what you claim. You cannot, so I say this to you: CLAUD BARUCH IS LYING AGAIN.

Thanks for reminding me (again). I owe you something. There's nothing as despicable as dishonest stock brokers.
