There are other good TA people on his thread, so if you ask around I am sure someone will answer. Doug is the most Bookmarket person on SI. He does TA seminiars. Has been mentioned in a few publications. Has a very large following. His TA can be VERY good most of the time, but like everyone, he does have his Dog picks too. ( He is human ) Besides all the above, he is a pretty nice guy! I posted this because someone asked for directions to Doug's thread and I assume they wanted some background info. about Doug.
