cornbread, Wow, a post about the engine! How novel for this thread. I thought this was the "personal attack and background sleuthing" thread? For some morbidly curious reason I just read through the past ~50 posts. Though I have not been on SI for very long I think I have the dynamics of some boards pegged. Longs (or sometimes hypsters) socially chat and rave about what a good investment they have made. Occasionally, negative posters "attack" and the wagons are circled. Negative posters seem to fall into two categories. One, a group that gets its investment information (does its DD, using the vernacular) by bringing up facts and information in hopes that a good investment will be unearthed. Two, a group that, thinking they have found a hype bubble, delights in the power of deflating the stock price single-handedly (I guess "shorters" would fit in here if you substitute the word "money" for "power"). The thing that is unusual for this thread is that the "longs" very rarely talk to each other! Oh well, back to the woodwork. Sorry that I didn't talk about the engine. PS david travis, could you please check my credit history for me? I don't want to shell out the $$ and I would be interested. JF
