There will not be a stock buy back in the immediate future. If SEEC were to do a buy back so close after the February secondary offering there would be a few "justified" lawsuits. So all day traders trying to hype a buy back to small investors don't .

Looks like the day traders are trying to play the small investors for a sucker and dead cat bounce.

I listened to the conference call and while Harold of Smith Barney posed the question the Chairman indicated they would look at it. The question and possibility was not really thought heavily on by management. Once they understand the legal implications and discuss it with the board it won't happen.

Clearly similar to CMND creditability is lost and the only way to get it back is with solid quarters. Not just one although one would probably move the stock back to the $9 range.
The loss of Intersol is large. Hinders growth.

I'll write more on the company, call and management later.
