David,

Thanks for digging up some of those old posts. My understanding is that TSIS IS NOT SELLING any shares back door right now. Their cash flow is more than adequate to meet their growth needs. I plan on talking to Scott Cameron directly about this to confirm everything.

Yesterdays large volume definitely indicated that SOMETHING unusual was happening with TSIS stock. I don't think Back door selling would have showed up in the volume for yesterday. If someone knows this for sure, please post here! But regardless, I don't think TSIS is selling shares.

So far, NO ONE from this thread has posted that they were selling, but we did get several people who were buying, including myself. It will be very interesting to see whether or not the strong volume yesterday carries over into next week. Once I talk to Scott though, I will post what he says about the "back door" selling.

Best Regards,

R. Gates

Further to your citations of these old messages, I believe that Joe Gardner was a contractor (not an employee and *certainly* not an officer of the corporation) and that some of the urgency in his message was caused by the fact that his contract with TSIS was up at the end of that month. This is born out by the report that he was simultaneously hyping some other, totally unrelated, company in almost the same breath.
