guess I had better reread the news release from Solomon..maybe that
is conditional and so eet would have only 8 million

I am confused by the release..ie acquires not less than 51 percent..
is it worded to mean not including solomon's shares?

The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated June 4, 1998 between
Etruscan Resources and the company, whereby the company has agreed that if
Etruscan successfully completes the takeover bid and acquires not less than 51
per cent of Channel Resources and controls Channel's board of directors on or
before Dec. 31, 1998, the company will terminate its rights in a July 1, 1996
agreement with Channel relating to the Bombore property in Burkina Faso, West
Africa. Consideration is the receipt of 1,069,519 Etruscan shares and 534,760
Etruscan warrants exercisable at $4.49 per share for two years after closing.
