Time Traveller:

I believe I got unlucky. My buddy bought the same chip at the same time as I did (K6-300). He got his running at 375MHz without any problem. I got the lower end of the stick and picked one that can't be overclocked. I guess my chip hits the minimum grade to pass the 300MHz. I have yet to put my chip on my friend MB. I'll try and let you know. He has a different MB than mine. BTW, I was on the other thread and some people got their K6-2-266 running at 350MHz!
