"But I agree the news about this co. is positive."

That's right; there has been an impressive media blitz in the past week and a half. Those soft-ball questions on CNBC and the analyst speaking out were all part of the package (I suspect Hack was provided the questions in advance). All of this after the "Big Product Announcement" which, in fact, sounds great but I won't pop the cork until I see the actual design wins.

So here's my long argument:
Great new product announcements
New member to BoD
- appears more shareholder friendly
- appears more credible to WS
Evidence of a large share buyback
Focus on a growing segment of the market

Here's my short argument:
History of rampant mismanagement
Good products but no design wins (and thus no revenues)
Capital-intensive fab agreements
Constant restructuring and low morale
Lowered earnings expectations for at least our more quarters

That's my 2c. Seems like the traders have been running this stock for quite awhile and it has yet to attract investors in any great numbers. With this recent bounce I am actually making money on this one but, as a long, I'm hoping for much more.

Comments welcome,
John

The Bears really take advantage of low volume days to drive the stock prices down. They can make a lot of money skimming 1/4 to 1/5 a point then sell at the open on an up tick. Most of the technical's on the charts still show that the stock is in an accumulation phase and that the up trend will continue....We will see how it plays out until earnings on July 15. if we see a continued close on the up tick for the next week then the earnings should be OK. There are not any more short trading days between now and then and also options expiration......
