Elmer, no matter how you try and put innocuous 'spin' on this it will survive and prosper as a lawsuit. The hotel and airline analogies are worthless citations as those are fugitive properties as an unslept hotel room or unfilled seat in an airline is worthless if unused and so they get desperate and sell cheap to cover variable costs. I think this will not go away cheaply and will make/has made Intel change it marketing principals. I can see a class action payment of the cited $10 billion or more, join the lineup. Bill
