Char, We really have to stop meeting like this. John B. may not approve. Being that I'm here late between conference calls and getting info ready to get to the atty's tomorrow I decided to take a peek here. You cite as a fact that Mr. Shelby has received 1,000,000 shares from someplace. Could you please provide us with the details of this transaction? Could you please provide the specific source that enables you to state this as a fact? You are not lying to try and have some negative impact, are you? All false information put on this board and spread around will have consequences. So I again ask for you to please give your source of this information and the details you know about these 1,000,000 shares you state were given to Shelby. Now you say something about a postponed auto demo. Please tell me more about this. Again if you are not just trying to spread some malicious lie here, what is your source of information regarding this auto demo. When was it to occur? What exactly was to take place at this demo? Tell me all the specific information you have regarding this event. Of course you will be able to answer these questions because you wouldn't be lying on either matter. Nor would you be citing these as facts without having a very reliable information from a very credible source. So give me all the details you know about this event and your source. As for the answer to your other question for the benefit of John B., that has been the representation of the company and some very honorable other parties and I believe them. Now these are people with real names and outstanding reputations. As opposed to the less than credible and frequent liars hiding behind fake identities here that make false statements. Don't get distressed about that. Justice will prevail and all will have to account for any actions here. The weak link was exposed this week and the rest will be history. You have a great 4th and say hi to John B. for me.

To the real people behind the false identities of 246810 (Countess by Two Charlene), and Auric Goldfinger, Please answer these questions, they're for each of you: 1) Are you licensed to sell ANY security in ANY state? Meaning, are you licensed to sell a single security (or more than one security) in a single state (or more than one state) in the United States of America? 2) I'll make it easier: Do you hold any license that would place you under the regulations of the SEC or the NASD? I can't make these questions any simpler and they require only YES or NO answers. Do you have soooo much to hide that you're unable to answer such elementary questions? Best of Luck, Greg
