TO: ALL CONTRIBUTORS TO THE CIMA/CANGALLI FUND Jim Bishop, John and I were together for dinner tonight discussing the proposed trip (among other things...yes, we do have lives outside of GE, though they often seem to pale in comparison). We agreed that it would be prudent to ask one last time if you still think your money should be spent on such an endeavor. Keep in mind the following: - neither of us are geologists - after Tuesday it may not seem as important as it once was - we cannot verify any proven amount of gold - our mission is to experience and document the site and the people associated with it through a video camera and send contributors their personal copy - we can still return your cheques as none have been cashed as of yet but we're approaching the point of no return. - tentative dates: the week of July 19-26. Please give us your responses publicly or privately by Sunday at the latest so final arrangements can be made or we can avoid the work involved (vaccinations, travel plans, Bolivian support, travel to the minesite, accomodations, etc.).<TIA> CIMA and Jim Bishop ( John as support ).

<is there any thought of alerting various publications concerning the trip to Bolivia?> Gerry, last night my answer was, why not. This morning I think I am more apt to say, "you just did", and you even gave them their headline. Al, you still reading? You touched on it once, now expand, and you could probably scoop the others again. Gerry has the headline: <INTREPID INTERNET INVESTORS GO FOR THE GOLD IN THE WILDS OF BOLIVIA...> It could well be a pretty big human interest story, this thing has heated up to percolate now, and boiling over is next... but, I have a bit of an ulterior motive here.....the more that are following this trip, the more comfortable will some family members of both CIMA and I feel. Appears to be that some people are worried about my bony butt, and CIMA's whole self. Go for it, Jim, from the johnboy Hilton in Calgary, heading back to Big E and points beyond.... to rest up, for some real fun.... next week. ps: anyone see an 8k floating around anywhere? Appears someone may have misplaced one.
