Wayne, A while back I had posted that I had heard somewhere that the 23rd was the DDD for the recommendations regarding the Conrail merger/split. Somewhere I heard or read that there may be something in the final recommendations regarding the law suit. It's been so far back I forget exactly what it was I read or heard, but the 23rd was the final date for recommendations I believe. After all the cussing and bickering I see on so many threads they decided to admonish Jack again??? Sounds plumb unrealonable to me! I've seen people literally draw blood on other threads and SI didn't seem to care a bit. Go figure.... Jim J
