To: N. Dixon Fr. Fred Re. REFR Date: July 3,l998 Thank you for your quit response and making feel better that a product is less then 12 months away. I have been in this stock for many years. I started to buy the stock in 1992. Have attended many stockholder meeting and read all the articles about the company as well as Bob Acker' s newsletter. He is a big REFR supporter. How did you hear about the stock?. And have you ever attended any stockholders meetings over the year. I will.start my celebration when I see the stock start to move back to it all time high of $14 to $15. But I will start to chill the CHAMPAGNE What makes you think anyone is accumulating the stock, although at this price it is a great buy. Fred

There will be SPD products on the market within 12 months. I would suggest that you contact Bob Saxe rather than ask people on this board. There are many who are trying to misrepresent where we are at this point in time. We HAVE a real product. It is being delivered to our licensees within 90 days. It is the licensees that will be producing the SPD product and THEY are the ones who are manufacturing the product. You should contact licensees as we have done. You are GROSSLY misstating facts when you say we have "nothing" until a product is out. Many companies triple and quadruple in value when it is KNOWN that product is coming out. WE ARE LESS THAN 12 MONTHS AWAY!!!!!
