Wait a minute. Things can't be that bad. After all, we got a new sign on the building, didn't we? Besides, RA is not a millionaire, unless someone decides to buy his B's at $10 a pop. Any takers? No, of course not. Not only that, he can't borrow on them either, since the company isn't worth that much. So what I want to know is how many employees work for USXP. And why is there no one on the board of directors? People have pulled off more complicated events than this. Or is that just a mis-filing. I also want his home address - just in case.

Upticker, Can we collectively look at class action lawsuit of altomare and company to get our hands on those class B shares. I sincerely cannot understand how anybody can be allowed to make himself an instant millionaire at the expense of us, shareholders. Also who will buy the class B shares from ra anyway? So, if he can't sell them now, he will have to do something real big for class A shares to move upwards so that he can unload his class B shares. This is where I think he is going to bust his ass and wheel and deal and get skynet and make usxp whole so that he will profit from it more than anyone of us. I do not think this man, ra gives a hoot about us one way or the other regardless of what he says or is going to say on the 8th. In my mind, the man is a crook who stabbed us all in the back. Unfortunately for us he is probably our only chance to recover our costs if he succeeds in using his smarts to hook skynet. If not, I believe he sinks with us, cause nobody will buy his class B shares which will be worthless like the class A ones. Grabbing skynet is his last hoopla. After that he should be sent to someplace like alcatraz for ever. I hope you or one of your cronies read my post, ra. peacelover
