GOOD EVENING EVERYONE!

Well, another week has passed by and our little "wunderkind" is continuing to fight the forces of evil to graduate from BB school and attain "teenager" status.

I have been part of this "journey" since April 1st now and have learned more about bulletin board stocks and the "incredibly difficult" positions they are in, than I EVER imagined.

The tremdous "obstacles" an upstart company such as DGIV has to overcome to attain RESPECTABILITY - it's almost too overwhelming!

As much as this website has done to make DGIV an "overnight" success, it has only contributed mightily in bringing Digitcom "down".

With less fanfare, DGIV would have probably slowly moved up into $3 - $4 range and eventually achieved NASDAQ status, however, with all the well meaning, yet "out of control" prognostication of DGIVs rise to $100 or $150 a share by the end of the year, the stock after the initial euphoria settled into an orbit of $6 a share for a 3 week period, until naysayers took it upon themselves to bring this internet darling down to earth.

AVOIDABLE ? perhaps

WILL WE LEARN FROM IT ? HOPEFULLY

Imagine the pressure for a CEO, who in about 6 months is attempting to bring a company which was dwelling in obscurity and trading at around $0.16 a share to one of the most talked about BB stocks in internet history?

Jimmy Chin doesn't want to let us down, he understands that the loyality will wane as quickly (or quicker) than it came, if certain events do not unfold in a TIMELY fashion.

PERFORMANCE is what is expected of him, in 6 months we are expecting Digitcom to achieve NASDAQ fully reporting status, contract after contract in place and revenues/earnings to equal that of a company which has been reporting for years.

TALL TASK!

We are asking a lot - I hope everyone realizes that!

That's why I have been sooo impressed with the effort and determination Jimmy and his crew have put forward in proving these naysayers wrong and REWARDING all of us loyal DGIV-A-HOLICS!

IT WILL HAPPEN...

THE WHEELS ARE BEING PUT IN MOTION AS WE SLEEP...

GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE!

RICO

P.S. Give yourself a pat on the back - together we will overcome these constant attacks of the naysayers and MM.

WE ARE ALL ANOTHER WEEK CLOSER TO REALIZING OUR GOAL!!!!

THIS is TRULY a war of attrition!!!!!!!!!!!
