Hello Bruce and Everyone, I do believe you are correct about shareholders meetings not being tax deductible. To everyone else, it is my understanding that the extension filed for was to alleviate the problems associated with the 30 day notice problem for the shareholders meeting. The annual report has been quite an undertaking this year and just couldn't be gotten out in time for the meeting to be held 30 days after. As to a press release from the company.....I don't know..... Hope this helps... Lou
