Mark: Thanks for the insightful analysis. Those of us who are long Forecross have waited patiently for time to become our ally. I have been surprised that so many business and government entities that must solve their Y2K problem have been so dilatory in doing so. However, their newfound urgency is now reflected almost daily in various media. The gravity of their tardiness has now become the subject of political lobbying for legislation by Congress to indemnify them from lawsuits. This development will be interesting to observe. The latest call for such relief came as recently as July 1 from the National Association of Manufacturers, representing 14,000 businesses. The time for the factory solution is fast approaching. Mark, I believe the companies will first go to the large service providers and so does Forecross. Since Forecross has teaming agreements with almost all of the big boys. they have to beneift from the upcoming surge in demand. Forecross is a 2 and a 3 so they will benefit either way. Many believe they can do it in house. Can they?? I'm investing that they can't.
