The company and Arif spoke of the 1997 audited financials. The question to CEO Arif, (new management<s>) if the 1996 audit was not completed, are you sure there EVER was a 1997 audit? What of the supposed "audited balance sheet" you released?

Randy spoke of a 7% and 1% increase. It is most effective to not only quote percentages, but also include actual numbers so that they have some meaning. Does anyone know what those percentages mean?

What are the sale figures? The question has been what is the actual size of the company, and the company refuses to disclose that number to the shareholders. It creates doubt which hurts share value.

>>I think he was trying to tell us that with the software crash and corruption, and the 1996 financials audit just beginning last Monday was a soft warning that the l085 was a figament of someone's mind and there is nothing to back it up.<<

JMO at this point (today):

Seems like the closer we get to a financials release the further away we get. 1996? Arif is treating stockholders like dogs! He is holding out a piece of meat (financials) within striking distance, then just as investors think they are getting something he pulls it back. Time and time and time again, and shareholders just keep going for it.

What is this corrupt software, data? How much abuse can a battered investor take? If anybody believes $200 to $300 million in revs any time in the future, then, then, then..... figure it out yourself!

No more CCs, please! If it's not worth a press release, it's not worth mentioning in a CC. The more questions are raised, the lower the stock will go. One more month to drift lower, then the next CC (oh dread). Why not 1 CC per quarter like real companies do? Nothing like shooting yourself in the foot weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. Where is the wisdom of management?

Sure, things MAY get better sometime in the future, but come on!

Think about it.

Incredibility to FAHM!!
