Hi Alan, that's a fact I didn't know, but I meant that since SAFrica, Indonesia and Austrlia are major gold producers--SA is bigger than the U.S.--the relatively expensive gold price in those countries makes for price increase resistance (i.e. producers have an incentive to hedge).
They count in a bad way.
