Altomare is a Crook!
I say the hell with Altomare and his stupid USXP. I and a few friends of mine will be looking for an exit next week unless I see some upward movement. Hell We should all dump our shares and sink him with us. I believe we here at SI own most of the shares anyway. By the way, no one has responded with an accurate count of shares in the float......Anyone have an idea. Agian I will be looking for an exit if there is no upward movement and looking to put my cash into an AMEX stock at around $6.75-$7.00. I have a friend who has a great source who supposedly has Ins***r info on this company. Looking for a double hear. Very good source. Anyone at all interested PM me and I will send you the info Sometime around Monday & Tuesday. By the way USXP can take their stupid warrants and shove them up thier A**, I guarantee you they will be totally worthless, it's just a scam to keep us from selling, it didn't work and I feel sorry for all those who called in their certs. I don't think it will do us any good. I wouldn't be suprised if USXP sees .70 ..... Best of luck to everyone......Excuse me for being bitter, but I am very pissed.

The class B shares are convertible into class A shares

They get converted on a one for one basis. I could not find anything that states they are restricted. I suppose all 1.3M shares could get converted at any time. The B shares are worth 1 1/3 votes of an A share. There were 220,000 B shares converted in 1997.

In addition, there was a convertible debenture due on June 30, 1998 for the amount of $625,000. This and the $10M financing agreement are probably the only reasons for the reverse split (to minimize the number of shares issued). There are now probably 2M shares outstanding with another 4M to come from the new financing package.
