Dave, WSTL has a very bad situation now. If they lose the BEL contract in August, game over. I think Dr. Tech is right in the fact they will be bought. The time for action is now. Unless they are very sure they will win a piece of the BEL contract, better to sell while they are in the running. Not if they lose and the price goes down to $4 a share.

I for one would be quite happy to get $20 a share at this time.
