Share count, who owns what, which shares are restricted, and if restricted, when the restriction comes off are all very key questions that I have not gotten a grasp on. I have heard some restrictions come off next month, I have also heard that all restrictions are in effect until 8/99. I would tend to believe that some restrictions come off next month, as that is one year after Frontier deal. Interesting point you make regarding borrowing against restricted stock?? Also I believe that MINE people got in trouble over selling unregistered shares into market. Hmmmmmm. I hear different things from different people. Maybe MDIN management will answer these questions in the audited financials which I believe are completed.

My concern, as is yours, is that someone maybe playing a shell game with all of the different shares. I think previously we have been told emphatically that there are no S Reg shares.

Hopefully management will address these issues. GG
