All: WOW, this is really confusing. First Altomor keeps his class 'B' shares in tack (increasing 70x after the split) while ours get wacked big time. Doesn't seem legal. Then there's this statement at the bottom of their investors letter... >>>NOTE: Due to the cost of the new certificates, the replacement certificates will be free of charge if submitted by July 15, 1998. Thereafter a $10.00 per certificate issued fee will be due with the transfer instructions. <<< That's PER CERTIFICATE!!! So it'll cost me $10 to get a warrant to buy shares at $6, or I call for my certs, get them in 12 days, and hope I beat the deadline which will never happen. Am I missing something here... hopefully????? DuGen
