bg,
great post,
i am running the numbers again, as i have done so many times only to be thwarted by extordinary charges or some other accounting irregularity (legal costs) which prohibits bottom line profits. maybe this time will be different??? i suspect it will. i remember using 1st qtr numbers including cal 28 tps, ins 48 tps, new joursey 8 tps, conavi 100 touchlocks, etc. etc. only to be let down by randy's failure to capitalize. i do have a sneaky suspision this time is different, i do not believe we will see furthur considation due to legal matters or lost contracts and am hoping a one time right off due to asian concerns is not in works. so i will be working on the numbers again (of course after the traditional barbie and brew).

as to shorts, i have to go back look at the float, days to cover etc to determine if a true squeeze could take place (i don't recall that being imminent).

happy 4th all (we have finally paid our taxes off and are beginning to work for ourselves 2nd half of this yr. according to ibd article). ye ha!!!!

gw

Brad...Geez...Can't a girl get a little credit around here? Post 9008 (which, I'm sure, everyone thought was just a rehash of the LAUD deal and, therefore, didn't read it) contained the reference to the statewide initiative. Oh, well... Maybe I'll get the Wendell award next time. Jean

P.S. Where is that Wendell anyway? The man got married, got a job, and we haven't heard from him since. Happy 4th, Wendell - wherever you are.
