Analyst10:

You are becoming quite repetitive. I have a couple of points
to make.

(1) You say DGIV is a scam and its press releases are made up.
We say DGIV is a legitimate company trying to establish
itself in one of the hottest and fast growth sectors
- IP telephony. People here have seen the company, spoken
to them many times, verified their press releases, tested
their technology, and invested 100's of thousands of dollars
trusting DGIV will make it big. And they did not sell their
stock when it was above $7 (that was several 100% returns).
Does it sound like a scam to you? Do you know any company
insider making tons of money from this scam? I do believe
the externals of the company - the brokerage houses and
the MMs are making a lot of money. Question them, not the
company and its intentions.

(2) Every company does mistakes so does DGIV. I will give you
an example, PMTC (Parametric). It had 40 great quarters and
this quarter is pathetic. Last week Goldman Sachs cut its
revenues for the quarter from 300M to 292M and kept the EPS
same. And when asked, the company official said it was no
news meaning there was no trouble. This Wednesday they
warned that they expect 15% cut in revenues and 8 cents of
the expected EPS of 0.26. Whether deliberate or not, it was
a big mistake on the company's part. The stock fell from
the high of $36 to $16!

I am beginning to believe that you are here because that big
trade for 168,500 didn't go through and was cancelled. Obviously
that trade would have provided great support for DGIV and DGIV
would be above 4 now. Well, good luck and hope to see that big
trade sometime soon.

Some simple questions for Analyst10:
1. Who are you?
2. Who do you work for?
3. Where is that trade for 168k shares at 3:09PM on 7/1/98
4. Why would you know about such a canceled trade?
5. Where is that German phone number?

These are pretty simple, don't you think?

Now, here is another one:

6. Since you claim to be a professional Wall Street consultant, and you claim that DGIV is a scam, are you in your professional capacity, or is your firm, advising me as an amateur individual investor to sell my Digitcom holding?

Pretty simple questions, don't you think?
