My response: My post alluded to nothing having to do with whether MTEI, DGIV and INFE were pumped and dumped. The conclusion one reaches on this accusation depends mostly on where they sit on the 'Hype-O-Meter'. To reiterate, the sole purpose of my post is to let Little Engine know on this public forum how offended I personally am by his unwarranted verbal abuse and attacks on those individuals that I and many on SI truly admire. =============== I will say the following, however, in response to your question and other's comments on this thread: Was MTEI, DGIV and INFE pumped and dumped? Another similar question, was there inherent manipulation by various MMs? If so, only those truly responsible can say without conjecture. All other's comments are pure speculation, although I would not fully discount the beliefs of those with knowledge and experience of how the market works and the ability to read the stock charts, etc. Are Little Engine and his compatriots responsible for the decline of the MTEI, DGIV and INFE stock prices? The only factual observations I personally can reach are: 1) Since the appearance of these individuals, negativism on the threads has increased 2) More posts have been propagated between this faction and those that are truly invested in these stocks than may have been necessary 3) If the purpose of the Little Engine crew was to create the current atmosphere on these threads, congrats go to the responsible individuals because they indeed succeeded =============== Finally, let's be honest. In the long term, what is said on this or any thread is inconsequential, except where libel and slanderous statements are pursued in court by the offended parties. Again, as I stated in my previous post, MTEI (as well as any other stock) WILL succeed or fail based on the individual merits of the company, as well as how and when the market responds to the individual stock. As many have stated, these are BB stocks that require TIME to Mature. The stories are unfolding as we speak. If Little Engine and company cannot give themselves enough space to allow these companies to produce in their own time (like the next 6 months), then I like many others must indeed question their presence on these threads. -George-
