AmazingPortal.com! Files for IPO Registration

NEW YORK, July 2 (Royters) -- AmazingPortal.com! filed Thursday with the S.E.C. an initial public offering for up to $185 million in common stock.

The company has applied to trade on NASDAQ under the symbol "AMZP."

The offering will be made through ISCAM Securities, Ltd. and Bendover Dumbas Partners LLC.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for mostly unspecified purposes. The offering price will begin at $37. It is at the high range of an earlier estimate of $20-$38 per share. 5 million shares will be offered.

AmazingPortal.com!, based in San Fernando Valley, CA. is a diversified Internet services company. "Our goal," said its CEO, Mr. H.S. Droppout, "is to be a $10 trillion company in 3 years."

"Our mission is to establish the company as the leading Internet portal, retailer, and information services. Every aspect of our business will be tied to the Internet. We will sell everything from pencils to pizza over the Internet, print stock quotes to the Internet, offer advertising space on the Internet, drill oil on the Internet, make Internet-ready refrigerators, you name it. We see unlimited growth in the soon to be very lucrative Internet commerce sector."

Part of the proceeds from the offering will be heavily spent on generating awareness of the company's web site, www.AmazingPortal.com. For example, the company has inked a 3-year deal with AOL [for $9M] to give AOL users one-click access to our website. We also also send $100 bills to all web users who make our website their home page.

Regarding expected financial performance, Mr. Droppout stated that in the next 2 to 3 years, the company will not realize net profits. To pent up demand [and to boost stock prices] the company has hired the SmarcAllec P.R. firm in San Francisco to release a steady drip of bad news continously for two years. Such news will include "declining revenues," "company faces stiff competition," etc... In addition, Loss Reports will be sent to every home in America every quarter and advertised in every major newspaper in the country.

Of the five brokerage houses initially covering AmazingPortal.com!, all have given the stock a rating of "STRONG BUY." "We are optimistic by next quarter at least half of them will downgrade us. We should see the stock double the next day. Load up while it's still under $100!" said the CEO. America, god bless you.>

That would be the wrong move because it would dilute, not good for shr. holders. They just did a junk bond deal. They have plenty of cash.
